Finally- arrival in Saskatchewan
After about a year of lusting, longing, and looking, the 2012 g37x is in my garage. Love at first sight ( and drive). Wow.
This forum has been amazing for ideas, thanks to those who take the time to answer the queries and noob questions!
So, here's the list of things to come:
Wheels, tires, and suspension: 19's or 20's? Niche Milan or Targa in silver. K-sports or Fortune coilovers and spc cambers. I have ALOT of winter to deal with so I need to figure this out. I'm not slamming this thing to the ground but a nice moderate drop would be nice. I guess I'm wondering, with coils how interchangeable are the stock 17s (for winter) and the 19/20's?
Tint: yes please all around
Front Lip: OEM non sport
A Kotchkis sway bar is on my wish list but we'll see.
4DSC sticker
Hmmm.... That about rounds it off... I'll give myself a year and see what gets accomplished.
Who knew a Sedan could be so much fun! Actually it's the wife's ride as we just had our first hatchling and needed something errrr Practical...
Stay tuned...

Nice intro!
Congrats on your new X and glad you're enjoying it.
It's not too hard adjusting height a couple times a year w/ coilovers, a couple hours if you DIY. I think the Fortune 500s would be the way to go, otherwise Swift springs.
I'd probably go 19s just for a little more comfort over 20s.
Watch out for the 4DSC sticker, it's the most expensive mod you can do, it leads to so much more $$$

welcome fellow northerner, I am in Winnipeg
I drove last winter lowered on swift springs, but with 17" winter tires on steelies. no problems getting stuck, just a bit of scraping on the undercarriage on snow
