Very serious. It is purely the way any mass of air moves and it goes like this: The AIR as well as Water as well as the Electricity they move at the path of a lesser resistance. So in the case of the exhaust pipes the gasses are forced from the engine thru the muffler which no matter how good is a restrictive device. At low rpm's the mass of the gasses travels at relatively slow speed so it goes thru the muffler WITHOUT a major problem, the main pipe provides plenty of room for the gasses to escape. When you step on it the pressure of the gass increases and the muffler becomes restrictive this is why you need another small opening before the muffler to let the pressure off. This is how I came up with the 3/4 inch opening before the muffler in each pipe leading to it. Guys, this is not a joke, it works AND THE SOUND IS FANTASTIC, no rasp but going to high pitch almost like an exotic. The gasses do not go to the cabin because the hole directs them downward and out. You can always plug the opening with a 3/4 metal plug if you don't like it but the sound is so much better than the stock. You won't be sorry you've done it.

It is a sign of IGNORANCE to voice your opinion without having the actual experience. Or maybe you are just pissed you spent the money on your muffler and you should have drilled the holes? Please, if you want to debate me do so in a proper manner otherwise your arguments are totally pointless. Still your friend, Greg.

HAHAHAHA, we will look into them as well with my trusty drill. But seriously, if you still have your stock muffler, do it baby and you will be thrilled especially when you put the pedal to the floor! Greetings from Sarasota.

AMEN bro, but first the sound video. Give me a day please. You know as for dynos we did one to show 10-12hp gain with the holes in the filter craddle drilled but I don't consider this valid till I will present you with the same time comparison dyno. My goal is to squise 15hp from a 10 dollar bill. Even if the dyno will turn against me there's still a super sound, much, much better than stock, peace, Greg

They did and it is called a low restriction sport muffler for 799 bucks plus install. Depends which side are you voting for. My wife always lived by the principle: If you pay a little more you like it a little more!!! This is why I still bust my ***. You know who you are. HAHA, I love this website!
