370z test pipes on VQ35HR

So thanks for any suggestions/input. I recently found out one of my buddies has lightly used test pipes that came off of a Nissan 370Z, after some chit chat he offered them to me for free so I said why not it might be nice with my Tanabe Axleback. Now here is where things get kinda tricky, I see that the G37 coupe and 370Z parts are relatively interchangeable and when shopping online test pipes and HFCs are always listed together for these models. I have the oddball G, it is a 2008 G35 sedan with the VQ35HR motor. Before I go through the hassle of taking off the cats and whatnot, will these fit on my car?

It may or may not be a stretch, but when I have been doing online shopping it always seems that it's 07+ G sedan on the title for test pipes and HFCs which leads me to believe that it should fit... thoughts?

Vq35 and vq37 test pipes should be exactly the same (atleast for the rwd, not sure about awd)

HR to HR is fine and compatible, I think DE are different but your v36 is a HR so your good to go with 370z test pipes

quality test pipe and HFC is the key. in terms of compatibility, all 07-09 350z HR will fit your motor, 07-09 g35 sedan, all 370z, and all G37 of course.

only test pipes that wont fit your awd are Motordyne art pipes and Ark R-spec series pipes becaue of teh helmholtz chamber.
