Car Computer Related Issues - PLEASE HELP

Hi All,

Relatively new G37 owner. Background information. I shipped my G37 from the US to Dubai. Its a 2011 with about 11K miles. Was sitting in the US for some time before I shipped it.

When they were shipping my car, some how or another, when they were moving the car by forklift - don't ask me why a forklift - they damaged the bottom of the car and particularly the exhaust.

On a side note, Infiniti Dubai, refuses to do any work on my car 😡. They said because their computer systems cannot properly read an American computer.

Anyhow, I found a shop, non-Infiniti guys that plugged into the computer and generated the following read out.

Please see image

Does anyone have an idea why it says "or" and what I should order from the states to be shipped here?

Any help would be much appreciated.

One last thing, very infrequently, I noticed that my idle drops and moves around a bit when stopped, causing the car to wobble, shake a bit.

Could the sensors be causing that?

Oh, wait, wait...one very last thing, since Infiniti here won't mess around with my car, if there was an update to the computer firmware, or whatever it is called, is there a way I can install the update myself?

Thanks.

I think you should have sold the vehicle while it was still in the US rather than letting it just sit.
Perhaps you could sell it as is over there or trade it in for a vehicle purchased locally.

Or you could ship it back to the US and get it repaired here.
I can't blame the locals there for not wanting to touch the vehicle.
When I was stationed overseas I purchased a brand new VW in Germany and shipped it back to the US. Had no issues.

Good luck to you

It says or because the problem could be caused by either of the conditions listed. As far as your idle issue, try an idle air relearn procedure (Google it and familiarize yourself if you're unfamiliar) before anything else and see if that corrects your issue.
