Transmission slip or something else? Help!

Transmission slip or something else? Help!
Preface: If this is in the wrong place please let me know and I'll move it. Thanks!
So I've got a 2012 G37X sedan with 62,5XX miles and I believe I'm starting to experience some significant transmission issues. If you have a moment, see the videos below (each is ~15 seconds or less). Short backstory - I leave my apartment complex every morning on a somewhat significant uphill. I notice what I believe to be a slip only after the car has been sitting overnight (ie, for more than a couple hours). It goes away completely once the car is warmed up, but that can take anywhere from 5-20 minutes if it's very cold out.
Note that on the morning of the videos below it's approximately 75 degrees - not that cold.
The first video below shows the initial left turn onto the hill, and the shifts under normal acceleration.
The second video below shows normal acceleration from a roll, the car is in 3rd gear at the start of the clip. The dip around 2k RPM is NOT a shift.
The final video below shows a small slip when using manual mode between 3rd and 4th.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it actually the transmission slipping, or something else entirely? Any thoughts/opinions are greatly appreciated!
Note that I have the following mods on the car:
Injen SRI
Tanabe ABE

I am at work so can't watch your videos right now
Get a transmission flush and fill it up again - I had somewhat similar problems where the car was lagging and then would jump into a gear... It worked for me (It will be around $200 with Nissan transmission oil) I believe you will need around 15 quarts to flush
Good luck

Brief update:
Took it in to the dealership yesterday and the guy working at the service counter told me "That seems typical of a CVT you shouldn't worry" and then started to argue with me when I tried to (politely) convince him the 7AT was not, in fact, a CVT. So needless to say I have no faith they're going to actually fix it (entirely possible their techs are fine though and I was simply dealing with an idiot).
They told me they'd attempt to reproduce it this morning but I haven't heard from them. So we'll see what happens.
Will update again when I speak with someone.

I have the same problem as you on my car. My dealer told me it's because of the tranny oil temperature is too cold. when I drive my g37 more than 20-25 minutes the problem disappears. Then my dealer was right.

Mine does the same. Always in third gear and only when it's cold out. I had a loaner G37xS coupe once that did it also. It's normal. The guy claiming you have a CVT, however, is not normal.

Doesn't LOOK like it's slipping but hard to tell from a video. Any difference in DS mode (not manual)?
I would say the other posts about some fluid maintenance would be a good place to start given the mileage. I saw some noticeable improvements in shifts after flushing the transfer case and both diffs. Full tranny flush is next in the queue.
Also, I cant recall what the model year cutoff was where the trans reflash was no longer needed but might not hurt to make sure you've got the latest version.
Lastly, the CVT thing....
