Elite warranty question

This may have been dumb or ignorant on my part but just found out today that my local Nissan dealer cannot make warranty repairs on an Infiniti. Nearest dealer is 140 miles. OUCH.

If I bought the extended Elite protection is a non- Infiniti repair possible?

If not I am out of the Infiniti program... And I very -very much like the G37x.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately you're going to be stuck getting to an Infiniti dealer for warranty work...

The Elite will only work at Infiniti dealerships. But an aftermarket one would work almost everywhere. We offer one that will work at and ASE shop and dealership.

Probably not!

Most third party warranties take your money an most often find a reason not to pay a claim

I had the Infiniti Elite warranty on my previous 06 G35 because i was putting on 2k miles/month. Traded it in at 171796 miles for my present 2012.
One solution might be a premier AAA membership that gives you a 200 mile tow on a flatbed truck should that ever be required.

FWIW, I just went thru this with an Elite extended warranty issue on my 2010. From what I was told, any work done under the Elite warranty must be done by an Infiniti-certified technician. It's a fine distinction, but a few of the Nissan dealers have an Infiniti-certified tech on staff. If they do, then that Nissan dealership and technician can perform the warranty repairs. If not, you're required to go to the Infiniti dealer.
