Will they fit

Looking to purchase some STR wheels. Will they fit. They are 245/35/20 all around. 20x9 and 20x10.5 rear with an offset of 45. I do not want to rub... OBVIOUSLY . Help please. G37s Sedan 2012

Wouldn't run 245s on a 10.5" wheel, the widest recommended wheel for a 245 is a 9.5".
You will be able to run a 275 and probably even a 285 (depending on how wide the particular brand runs) without problems on that 10.5+45.
