Spacer size - info/recommendation needed

Hi,

Could someone recommend some wheel spacer sizes for my 2012 G37xS AWD with swift springs (18" OEM wheels) , please.

Don't know anything about them and would rather get advise from someone who does.

Was thinking that a 25mm upfront and 20mm in the rear but tell me what you guys think would work the best.

The wheels just sit too much inside for my liking.

what sizes are needed to get them more even or even slighty outside the fender?

thanks a lot

I'd go with the larger spacer in the rear, or keep them both the same size. I definitely wouldn't put a wider spacer in the front like your idea of 25mm front and 20mm rear.

Wow, ryne... That's hilarious. Clown Car, FTW.

Personally, when I put my OEM rims back on for winter snows, I use 15mm spacer adapters all around. But those are staggered for the 6MT, so apples vs. oranges.

Look up threads by SN "Dragion". His AWD Sedan was lowered on Swifts, with standard 18x7.5" duckfeet (square), and I believe he used 20mm wheel spacer adapters all around. Go look at the pics, he took a *lot* of pics, LOL.

I'd recommend your choice is better made between 15mm and 20mm... not 25mm. "Slightly outside the fender" is no bueno.

I def. don't want them like Ryne's picture.

The rear seems like it's more inside the fender than the front. that is why I thought about 25mm in the rear.

You can also get a paperback book, or piece of foam that's 20mm thick and place it along your sidewall for a good visual, better than trying to visualize w/ just a tape measure.

I guess my camber is kind of out of whack because I measured 32mm spacers to be flush with my front fenders. I'm on 25mm all around right now. No extra tire wear though.

You are correct OP, the fronts sit in further on the X with the duck feet. I went with 25mm up front and 20mm in back which will get you pretty flush and very even spacing from front compared to back. I was dropped on Swifts though, without a drop they might be poking a bit, but if you have any kind of drop, I 100% recommend that set up. Makes the duck feet look their best!

I'm looking to run 25mm all around on awd "duckfeet" for winter. 25mm would flush with fenders or still slightly inside? Anyone have pics?
