2010+ sedan diffuser TS style

based on this picture, I know the top end is an autox diffuser and the bottom is a TS style from a 350z. I was told to make it fit, a bracket is needed; anyone have an idea on how to?

P.S. whoever owns this G, sick **** dude

Thanks

That's Tommy, I told him I was going to try and talk him out of it. Car looks great, I can't wait to see how the TT and stroker motor install go.

He told me he had to trim down the the AutoX diffuser and then his guy fabbed it on. I think there were additional mounting points but I would have to find the convo he and I had. I can't tell from that pic if he got the new brake light on or not.

He's a really good guy, I met him a couple months ago and will be stopping in to see him and the build in early August when I'm in NYC.

I was looking to do on my 2010 G37 sedan as well, I was wondering where I would be able to get a hold on these required brackets?

His guy made the brackets as far as I know. I have another buddy in San Francisco who installed one as well, I'll ask him too. I'll see Tommy later this week in NYC so hopefully I'll remember that too.

You can probably find a local race shop/performance that can take a look and might be able to get something fabricated. Won't be the cheapest route but...

There's Tommy in NYC and a guy in CA, Thomas, that have both run the TS diffuser. If you're on FB hit me up and I can get you in contact with them.

Thank you. Hopefully we're on the right path now.

Went by my installer today to discuss the details. He seems to think he'll have no problem fabricating brackets that will support max downforce at top speed. I will definitely be in touch if for some reason he hits a road block. Those contacts may prove very valuable. Thanks again.

Has anyone with the TS diffuser experienced any adverse aero effects at speed? Looking to add this to my G purely for the aero properties and don't want to make aero worse, rather than better.

Great question. Hope someone has an answer for you. My knowledge of fluid dynamics is limited and I haven't had access to wind tunnel (not sarcasm, genuinely wish I did).

I would venture to guess that your questions might be better fielded by the part makers.

As for me, it's the only diffuser that I have found to fit the Vert. So, I'm in regardless. Good luck!
