Interior cleaning
What's the best cleaning products to clean your leather seats dashboard and anything else. Something that would make it shine without it cracking overtime.

This for plastics. Typically sold at Marinas and boat stores. Not sure why, but that's the market it was developed for, so that's where you find it, brick & mortar. Otherwise, it's easy to buy online.
Leatherique for the seats. Purchased online only, Leatherique is relatively expensive, and the proper application process is somewhat involved. Totally worth it, IMO.
There's a Body Interior/Exterior subforum for this stuff. Not really a sedan question.

A better fit (though probably less traffic) would be the Car Care & Detailing. Either one would work, there are also some good threads in there. I think there might even be a post in DIY by DetailedImage in that sub-forum or the DIY forum.

There are definitely existing threads about both of these things in the detailing section, so I'd check those out. Rochester pretty much nailed the consensus. 303 aerospace protectant is the most recommended for plastics, and I can vouch for it personally (always spray on your cloth, not the surface, and give it a "buff out" with a clean cloth to reduce shine). Leatherique is widely considered the best for our leather - but if you're not looking to spend all day or your entire wallet on your leather, there are cheaper/easier alternatives that can be picked up at local auto stores / wally world that people have reported as working reasonably well. I haven't deep cleaned my leather yet, but when I do I'm going to use Leatherique.
I'd highly recommend spending some time in the detailing forum, you'll learn a lot about cleaning products/tools/techniques.
