Exclamation Sound problem with 2012 G37x Sedan

Hey guys, I just bought a 2012 G37x with 56k miles. Im having some sound issues. When I'm playing music and driving, the music changes balance. Sound would go from the back speakers to the front speakers and vice versa. At first I thought it was the Bose Driver Audio Stage, however after turning that off, I am still experiencing the same issue. The sound constantly fading is kind of annoying. It doesn't do that when I'm not driving.

Anyone know what could be causing that?

Thanks for the help

Are you sure you didn't mess with the sound settings? Try setting everything to default because there is a music to speed option in your settings. It also might be your phone/aux cord which was the culprit in my case a couple of times.

I turned off both music with speed option and the bose driver audio stage. The issues still happens with the radio as well as my phone via bluetooth.

It only happens when I'm driving, if I'm sitting with my radio on, it plays normal.

I feel like driver audio stage is not turning off even tho I turned it off? Is that possible?

Only suggestions i can give you is try with another device so you can factor out your phone being the problem.

Well the thing is that it happens when I'm not using my phone, just the radio.

Im running out of ideas, I think Ill take it to the dealer and see what they say.

Oh sorry misread your message. Ya the best option would be to take it to the dealer and have them address the source of the problem. Then see how much they quote you to fix it unless your under warranty then having knowing the issue bring it to a place which specializes in electronics or sound systems. Best of luck.
