The Swift Spring rates are modeled off the standard Journey Spring Rates correct?

I believe Tanabe is the only one that based there springs off the sport package suspension, which is significantly different from the Journey.

Whomever asked about the fronts looking tucked

I am not running any spacers right now nor do I have a front camber kit installed and my front alignment is out of spec at -1.9 Left and -1.5 right(backs are both at -1.0). Should I get a front camber kit and if so which one specifically. I guess I feel like I am going to get crazy tire wear with those numbers however the cars feels great on the road.

As far as spacers go would 20mm all around cause any rubbing you think? Maybe just some for the front?

I like the idea of spacers but I still want to load this car up with 4 adults sometimes so I don't want the wheels so flush they rub the fender, they are stock 17" sedan wheels.

As far as other mods not listed in the response to Flakman I have z1 tubes with Injen intakes, and Kinetix HFC's

Thanks! Was mostly curious about the suspension. My G37xS is running 245/40/19s and have the same wheel gap you had. I like the way your G sits, and if the ride isn't much worse and there's still good ground clearance, I would love to drop mine about the same. With the AWD I'm thinking the spacers may be more of an issue as well (or at least will be to my accountant/wife when I eat through tires).

By the way, are you running stock shocks or aftermarket?

Stock shocks, I will upgrade when they go but I drive mostly all highway so it may be a while. I still have the stock shocks on my DD and it has 170k miles.

Great topic. Have a 2012 G-37s Coupe with stock 19" wheels. Stock suspension. Getting curb rash and don't like the stretched tire "racer" look. Looking to add tire section/tread width with same or slightly taller OA dia. Best I can find is F 255/40 (+1.19 w and +.06 ht) and R 285/35 (+1.58" w and +.14 ht). Sumitomo HTR Z3. Will these rub? Front? Rear?

I'd run the 255/40 front 275/35 rear, the 285 will be a pinched mount on that 9" wide wheel which will cause a rolling of the sidewalls under hard cornering.
The 255/275 combo will be a good fit IMO.

Eliminating wheel gap without lowering or looking stupid, now that's a million dollar question right there.

You don't want to lower the body, you don't want to raise your tires, you're really left with one thing:

Go to a body shop and extend the fenders downwards lol
