doorsill kickplate issue
my factory installed lighted door sills both stopped working...all my other lights are working fine...is it a blown fuse?? if so where is it located?? i looked through the threads and couldnt find anything...thanks for your help guys...love the forum

I doubt it is a fuse if all the other lights are still functioning. As I recall from my install, there was no inline fuse. The door sill light connectors all end up back at the BCM in the passenger footwell. You might try peeling back the carpet and the plastic panel to see if the connector came loose or some wires got stretched.

On my '08 Coupe, the illuminated door sills are plugged into a T-harness which is connected to the BCM. There is a inline fuse for the door sills. I wouldn't imagine there would be a difference between the Coupe and Sedan or model years with this particular accessory.
I have both the illuminated door sills and the welcome/security lighting both tied to the same fuse with no problems. Still, just check around the BCM as suggested by dkmura. Something may have come loose or need attention.
