The bottom part of the grill won't match the top. The bottom has little hexagon holes but it is made of plastic and probably a 1/4" deep. The mesh in these grills are much thiner and will probably look weird compared to the top grill. Does someone sell a matching lower grill?

Also have option to match the upper grille to lower, though I'd consider this mesh "diamond" not hexagon, if you mean OEM sport bumper (not sure about journey)

The mesh in the CMOD grille is very low grade stuff, so matching to it would only make the lower grille look worse, all IMO of course

Have you ever thought to flatten and blacken the area behind the center of the Fiji?

I know, almost feel guilty circulating that pic so much, but it took me forever to put that grille together so figured its worth spreading the word to help other members

I do want to make a "pedestal" for the emblem, think it would really complete the grille, but been very busy lately & likely won't take a look at it til spring. Also seems like it will be a crap shoot trying to find a black piece of plastic in the right size/shape, we'll see...

Plastic was made to be cut. Got any black vinyl wrap laying around? Wrap the emblem from behind. Or is it on there really good?

"Pedestal"... yeah, that's a fine idea. Something cut perfectly to fit, about 1/8" thick.

There's also the Fuji inserts. Don't know if there's one for that large Fuji, but it might look good to have a little bit of black CF inside the logo.

Thanks for suggestion but those inserts arent really my style

Ideally, I'd find or make something similar to this, maybe not as robust, but it will likely require lots of creativity
