I have experienced something similar with my stock 2010 G37. When the car is started the first time of the day and I drive slowly down my one mile long street I can feel it slightly bucking. This only happens when the car is first started and lasts for only a few minutes. If I give it a bit more gas it goes away. I don't notice this all the time.

I started to put a bottle of fuel cleaner (Techron) in the gas tank every time I change the oil. I haven't noticed the slight bucking on initial start in awhile. Don't know if the fuel cleaner helped or I just got use to it.
I have owned the car for 5 years and have had no problems with it which includes no rattles or transmission problems that I read about on the forum.
Normally I would of traded it for a newer model after 3 years but since this car does everything I want and fits all my needs, I just keep driving it.
I also have no use for electric steering or run flats, so that has kept me away from a lot of new models.

Did you just install the aftermarket intake? If you are then it is probably because of loosen valve connection .

Nope, I started having this problem after I installed the Splitfire ignition coils.
I thought it was them but I've changed the ignition coils back to OEM and still the same. I guess I just have get the car checked and see if it throws any error codes on my next service .

i know now this is pretty late, but if you’re having this issue is that the transmission fluid is still cold which causes it to be jerky that’s why when all the components in the tranny is up to temp it goes away. It happens to everyone. I owned two g37 coupe and they both had it.
