Show off your grille

Hey guys
I have been trying to find the best color for my front grille, I have seen some real nice jobs but when it comes to my car it’s been hard to decide which color.
So if you have done a modification to your grille please post them up for the benefit of us hesitant and undecided:
If you plasti-dipped, vinyl wrapped or painted your grille please include the material and color (code)

Slats painted gloss metallic black, with the sides and inside of the Fuji painted to match, while leaving the face of the Fuji chrome. The perimeter was painted Moonlight White, to match the car. Got this idea from another member, who had his done at ONEighty NYC.

No pics because it is in the process of being done, but I'm going with all color matched (malbec black) with the Fuji logo being a different color.....

I have a moonlight white as well. i like the look of that one. very clean. when you painted it did you do on or off the car? Just curious how hard it is to put back and not scratch up if need be. Cant waitto see more.

A local paint shop did the work. I removed the grille, dropped it off with instructions, picked it back up in a few days and re-installed. A blind, one-armed monkey could remove the grille.

Well... maybe not one-armed.

Inspiring and different....

Unfortunately, some states require front tag....

How you like the fogs colored?

I was planning on doing this mod for my MLW M37s front & back (license plate) area and was wondering what did the shop charge you to do this? I know it varies by location, just trying to get a figure for this, thanks for the help

2 years later, still digging it. It's Oracle Window Tint, in Amber/Orange. Has the side benefit of keeping the lenses from chips & cracking from road debris (so far). Not sure I'd recommend this look on anything but a white car.

$275 out the door. About twice as much as if all that was done was to re-create the Midnight Grille.

[edit] Oops. "Midnight", not "Moonlight"

Mine is painted matte graphite (KAD) and the emblem is colour matched to the cars paint. Had this done by Oneighty

Nice job, love those black grills on white Gs, the white emblem is a nice touch.

That looks awesome, I have a red G37 sedan and I was considering a glossy gunmetal or a glossy black, maybe emblemless.
