32 mpg
I recently moved from CT to Florida. Before I left (my car has 77k). I seafoamed through the brake booster and I changed both air filters (old ones were black).
I did some rough math and averaged 32mpg averaged about 77mph cruise control most of the way and a/c on.

My trips to Florida from New Jersey are 1230 miles from New Jersey and I use 50 gallons of gas,I've never averaged that high. My best MPG on a single tank last trip to Florida was between St Mary, Ga. Exit 1 on I 95 and Dillon,SC which was 303 miles and took 11.104 gallons to fill up which gave me 27.2874 MPG
Over the 1230 mile entire trip I average 24.5 so 32 MPG seems pretty impressive
How many miles did you travel and how many gallons of gas did you use?
Were you the only person in the vehicle?

I've had my 2010 for bit over 4 years and have taken several cross country trips. The best I've gotten is 28 usually I get in the 27s.
That's at 78-80 mph with the a/c on. I put on high performance BFG g-force Comp-2's summer tires a while back and I think they cost me about 1/2 mpg, but I like the better handling, braking, etc.
I now have another vehicle I use for longer highway trips and use the G37 more for in town driving.
It is unusual for me to keep a car as long as I've owned the G37, but since it does everything I want it to do and has never had any problems, I would feel foolish giving it away as a trade in.

I have a 2013 Sedan and can get 27-28mpg driving back and forth to Newport Beach from San Diego with cruise control, averaging 75mph; 32mpg on the open road with minimal hills and cruise control seems right.
Our cars actually do pretty well on the highway, it's the stop and go that absolutely kills the mileage. I have 12 lights between my house and work, all surface streets, and I average about 14-15mpg best case on this commute. If I decide to use manual shift mode, mileage goes down.

A quarter past stripped
LOL, I don't even look at the gas mileage anymore since getting tuned. I can't drive a honest whole week without shifting into DS and "playing" which just murders the MPG. LOL I did however do one complete week without "playing" after getting my tune and I had an Ave. of 24 HWY and 18 City.

The problem is that this drive-train likes to be driven rough as the trannie shifts smoother and the torque curve is alot more usable; the downside is the poor mileage when you consistently push the car in this manner. I also noticed that on exceptionally hot days that the mileage is less than optimal as well, but I think that's typical of most cars.

Yeah, internal combustion engines always run better with cold dense air. On a really hot day I can feel the difference in my throttle response, compared to the cool mornings we have in S. Florida

if i baby mine i usually get around 26.0, and that is mostly interstate (30 mile commute to work, maybe 3 miles through traffic lights in town) with a pretty good amount of hills (east tennessee)
so i could definitely see 28-29 mpg on flat surface going 70ish

I get high 20s in the right spots. I almost think there is more drag than my old BMW, I used to be able to keep the pedal fairly up and keep it around 80 mph, with this car, it is harder to maintain 80mph without having to drop the throttle.
I plan on getting a transmission service, differential service and throttle body cleaning.

Babying it just makes the car no fun to drive. Best I've done was 27 mpg driving from New York to Maryland. Driving local is a different story. My daily commute is anywhere from 11-14 mpg
