Hey Brad,

I'm thinking about wrapping the interior with the dinoc CF vinyl. Approximately how much would you reckon I need to do the interior of my coupe? I'd guess due to needing longer sheets of it maybe 4-5sqft.

I see Houston in your profile, but isn't Nguyen like the Vietnamese version of Smith?

Oh boy, am I off topic now, I reckon.

I haven't met that many smiths, it's more like the Vietnamese version of Martinez.

I don't even know what to say Brad. You're vinyl skills are top notch!!! It's just too bad we aren't neighbors. Sucks for me.

Edit: The Carsmo know look great. Glad you picked them up.
I don't know what's going on around here lately, the site is really taking off, lots of new members and threads to keep track of, it's easy to lose a few here & there
Thanks for the compliments, wish we were neighbors, hardly any Gs in this area and only a couple w/ significant mods

Well Anthony Smith-Martinez, I recon a 3x5ft piece should get r done
I bought a 1x5 and had enough for 4 door side panels, the front dash panels, stereo faceplate, ashtray cover and shift trim plate w/ enough left over to do the two armrest panels. You'll need a lot more w/ carbon sheet since the weave will have to have continuity. You can't just flip the sheet upside down for the opposite weave, you have to turn it on its' side, and at least for the sedan the front door strips are about 26" long, so to have opposing weaves you'd need a 3 ft section on one side, hence the 3x5 piece needed. Hope that makes sense, and it's not that expensive and you'll have plenty left over in case of any flub-ups

I'll order the stuff tomorrow. Do you use any additional primers, edge sealers, or adhesion promoters? I'm looking at getting a small canister of primer 94.

I didn't use any for this project but I did for my grill wrap, the Primer 94 makes a big difference in the bond. You'll have a tough time peeling it off after using 94, it'll still peel off but it takes A LOT more force. Wouldn't be a bad idea around the stereo 1-6 buttons and the seat preset holes. Doubt you'd need a canister, but just a couple of those crack-open sticks of 94.
Look forward to seeing your new interior

Looking good, great choice of color. WHY didnt you do the shifter grey piece?! Or maybe its just the lighting... Now I have to do mine to match the outside lol Although I'll prolly go CF.

DO NOT USE PRIMER IF YOU EVER WANT TO TAKE IT OFF WITHOUT DAMAGE!
