This is how the BCM looks

The BCM IS LOCATED IN THE PASSANGER floor board
So you run your wires to the passengers floor board, because the BCM is located in the PASSANGER floor board (right side) on the wall..

Thanks again mystical. So you simply remove the red/white wires from the plug and connected them to the BCM correct?

you dont need to remove the plug from the BCM...if you have some of these connectors (radioshack, home depot)
3M SCOTCHLOK Quick Splice Wire Connector - Blue Gel - 14-18 AWG (Qty 1) 3M Accessories and Parts 804C

connect the wire (white/red) to this then just plug, or connect this to one of the wires from the BCM harness

I used those same quick connectors earlier today. Finished the install in about an hour. I feel like I could do it in 30 minutes if I ever did it again. Thanks for identifying the wires Mystikal!

Completed install today on my 2010 G-Sedan, thanks Mystikal on the wire identification. You were right on with the wire for the BCM: White --> SkyBlue (BCM) and Red --> Green (BCM).

As others have said install is about 1 - 1.5 hours, the longest time was just finding the correct wires on the BCM.

I used T-Taps to make the connection at the BCM and everything works great! Thanks to the original post for finding the kick plates on ebay and thanks Mystikal for researching the correct wires to tap.

yea underneath next to the a/c vent there is a little space...just push the wires through there, then up underneath the passenger side, under the a/c filter thing, then to the BCM

Wait...so you did or didn't hardwire them into the door lights? From what you said here it sounds like you did but then another comment it sounds like you hooked it up to the bcm.

If you hardwired, would you mind taking some pics of how you wired it? I have a set of used illuminated kick plates but they didn't include the t harness to hook up to the BCM
