lol word, I'm with you on that.... Styling seems nice and like bb said can't expect drastic changes so I'm not blown out the water by the looks, really just interested to see what the power plant will be. That will make the difference.

No, not really you specifically. I was making a generalization of the expectations that a lot of people have expressed. And yes, it was IMO a bigger change (from what we know so far) form 1st gen G to 2nd gen G that there is from 2nd gen G to Q. Maybe some engine or drivetrian or technology surprises await us. I'm wondering (hoping) if it has the steer by wire that Infiniti has developed.

^^ The steering wheel looks pretty much the same thickness, which is not a good thing. The current wheel is under-bolstered and too hard, it needs better cushioning and more leather instead of the hard spray-on crap.
Anyone else notice the interior looks ALOT like the new ATS? I test drove the ATS the other day, and they look remarkably similar to me.
Infiniti would be stupid to not have new/different powertrains, they currently have no play in a smaller, efficient turbo I4 that will get 30's on the highway, like every other luxury maker currently. I think we can at least expect that, as well as a G35h hybrid variant on the high-end taken from the M.
Overall, I think i expected better for the redesign. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the bulbous / blowfish look on the front, and the rear is straight from the M (and I will miss the best part of the current G - the jdm style skyline LED tails). From the side, it looks a lot like the F30.

not sure if anyone seen it, but it looks to me like the 'screen' below the 'nav. screen' is touched control....Cadillac's CUE ?!

Here you go, buddy. Don't say I never did anything for you, LOL.
No other posted pics work for me for some reason...and if it is a country IP thing...well...Texas might just become it's own country one day, but not yet
Overall - I like the looks. It is a logical evolution, not a revolution. Everyone knew Nisfiniti was heading this direction.
From the pics - nothing is pushing me to flip my '12s. It's nice - more upscale (imo) - but still very happy w/current design.
I'll wait to see more info, specs, etc before any other opinions are formed...

Hi Fella's new guy here.. FWIW I just bought a 13' g37X sedan, I could have waited the 3 months for the new one but I didn't for two reasons.. First I got a screaming good deal on my 13'.. I doubt there'll be those kinds of deals on the new one, at least not for a while, second reason I knew what I was getting in the current car in terms of performance etc, and third in 3 years my son will be finished with college and what I really want is a IPL couple :-)
That all said I think the new one from the pictures looks really sharp, and I suspect it will do very well...
