Y-Pipe, Test Pipes, or HFC's ?
I just installed my Tanabe Touring Medalion axleback exhaust. Although there isn't much change in sound, it still gave it a bit more bass and brought out the VQ tone. However, I am looking to add a bit more sound and was wondering what's a better way of achieving that. I'm stuck between deciding whether I should get Megan Racing Y-Pipe, HFC's, or Test Pipes in order to get a bit deeper tone.

Great, this just made things much easier for me. Thanks for the suggestions. I'm trying to avoid rasp, and go for a deeper tone. I was looking for Y-pipes for the X sedan but I could only find Tanabe, which is like $500. I found a Megan Y-pipe for $160, but I'm not sure if it will fit the X model because it seems to be for the coupe. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You want to upgrade your tone without rasp while adding some noticeable grunt? Add some Fast Intentions Resonated High Flow Cats.
They fix the X sedan and are quality parts. ARC makes some resonated HFC but I don't know if they they fit the X sedans since no one has test fitted a pair including ARC themselves.
This will run you around 600 bucks but it will give you what you are asking for.

Not on topic, but... nice to see I'm not the only one rocking the matte black look on the rear bumper of the MW Sedan. Looks good, OP. Love to see more pics, particularly with that Tanabe Axle-back.
Trolling through threads like this for the last few months, my plans have been circling around a BERK HFC + Stillen Catback combo. But the FI Resonated HFC's are an appealing package, too.

Yes the ARK sounds fantastic, my cousin has it on his sedan. But it's a bit too loud/obnoxious, and drones like crazy on the highway. The Tanabe is much more civilized and mature, it really opens up only when you're at WOT.
