Could these be added to a base model sedan? Is it just an option I can just purchase and it would just plug right in?

The front can be. I made the rears.

Ahhhh now the black I like. I looked at the silver and did not like them. Good job and nice touch doing the back as well.

So im guessing they dont make a rear door sill with the wording?

no they don't. You have to take the guts out of a set of front plates
