Riverside, is of course, the exception. Most services are purchased a la carte there. There are hundreds of so-cal members here, who will drive the extra 50-100 miles, to get their cars serviced there...

Mike, do you still work on Infinitis? What can you say about Mission Viejo Infiniti and their service department? Sounds like Riverside is a top shelf shop...Used Tustin for years but due to work change moved to Mission Viejo. I understand they also own the Audi dealership next door as well...

Yes, they own the Audi store.

They're perfectly okay for basic maintenence, but they're not the most warranty-friendly dealer around. If they give you any hassle, the extra drive to Riverside may be worth it for that particular job. Otherwise, no real reason to go to Riverside.
