I recently did a 360 mile roundtrip from Jersey City, NJ to Baltimore, MD in my stock G37XS. 99% highway miles. I averaged 25.8 MPG. I do have a Thule rooftop bike rack which definitely brought down the MPG.

Good to hear that our cars can definitely make this trip on less than a tank. Btw are you planning to attend the meet in August?

Got 27.2 MPG last week. That was filling up before the trip and calculating gallons used after filling up on return. Highway driving averaging 75-80 mph.
I only use BP gas here, that seems to help a lot.

22.1 for me for the past 2 months without resetting. That's about 60 freeway, 40 city. The worst I've averaged is around 15 with only city driving. The best is 24.5 on strictly freeway, cruising around 75. How you guys get 30+ MPG is unreal to me.

I don't think I ever got anything over 24 mpg with ~85% highway driving on a 100 mile round trip commute

Most likely with a gale force tail wind....and a couple passengers pushing out back.... that's the only way I'm breaking the 30's....
