IPL braking creaking/groan noises

When coming to a stop or applying brake pedal off/on, off/on, etc while decreasing speed from 30-20 MPH, I hear a creak/groan noise from the front.

When coming to an abrupt stop, a similar noise is heard. If coming to a nice and easy stop, it is quiet.

Same noise in wet or dry conditions.

Are these IPL & S model brakes really as noisy as they say?
I suggested backing plate or loose caliper but dealer has thoroughly checked and stated all is OK & normal operation.
Rotors and pads are fine- only 18k.

Looking for feedback/experiences with similar noises.

Different breed but my german cars have never made such noises-only squeaks when wet or when pads were toast...

Thanks.

Any hard use? Any chance the pads are glazed over from abuse?

Did they check other items besides the brakes? Like hubs, suspension, etc..?

Nope. They stated they checked all suspension as well. My original complaint was noise when braking in passenger wheel well but now that I think of it, the noise is probably occurring on both sides - Hard to tell

More thought: my front right tire is nearly bald...not sure if this could cause any noises at low speeds.

change those tires before the problem gets worse than just brake noises...
noise could be from a sticking caliper thats intermittent.. maybe why the dealer couldnt diagnose

Just rechecked my invoice- dealer inputed this below the normal operation and referenced the following TSB. Looked it up and found : http://www.infinitig37.com/TSB/ITB00-024e.pdf
