Rear bumper remove / install

been trying to find post about how to remove the rear bumper, but can't find any..(don't hate just post up a link if there is any )

step 1 remove everything from trunk. and study eveything down to the pull plugs ,tabs ,removable plastic parts
etc

come back oncs you have done that
