Replacement Bumpers CarID

Hey Folks,

Has anyone purchased from RE on CarID before? They offer replacement bumpers and have the IPL for around $300. Not sure if this is a direct replacement or if there are any fitment issues? But, after talking with them there I think it could be worth a shot. They come primed and ready for paint. However, doesn't appear to come with fog lights or fog light assembly.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Fitment won't be perfect. You'll probably have to have a body shop work on it. I'd recommend just spending a bit more to get an OEM one. It'll fit perfect off the bat and you can get them already painted for 550 some places.

90%+ of cars on the road that have had a bumper replaced through insurance will be aftermarket. Unless you're paying the premium for OEM you probably won't get OEM. I've had aftermarket bumpers on 2 of my cars and you wouldn't know they're not OEM.

So what do you think? Would a replacement IPL bumper fit pretty easily on a non IPL G37? In particular a 2012 G37 Journey Coupe? For the price, I definitely think it would be worth a shot to get a bumper that's not fiberglass.
