Help Puh-Leasee :)

Hello G37 Owners!

I am a potential buyer and would love all of your great wisdom and help on my next car purchase. I am coming from a 2009 Cadillac CTS Which was a nightmare

I am looking at buying a G37 Manual Coupe.

Any common problems that I should look out for when I am in the market?

I think these cars are gorgeous and the option to get them in AWD makes it the perfect year round daily driver for someone like me that lives in Minnesota.

Thank you very mucho for any responses. Look forward to hearing from your beautiful faces.

Welcome to the site.

I've had mine since 08, and it's still running great. I just had the clutch/flywheel and csc changed at 85k miles. It just depends on your driving technique and I guess mine was pretty bad when I first got the car. Many people have had theirs last 100k+ miles.

Edit: AWD doesn't come in 6MT

No such animal!

You can perhaps find a manual coupe or one with AWD but that one will be an automatic

Hopefully you can get by in the winter w/ some good snow tires, then you should have no problem w/ a RWD 6MT coupe, or sedan for that matter.
Welcome to the site, hope you find a G that will work for you.

Bought my car with 55k KM on it and did the clutch test this March...everything seemed fine, no slipping. @ 57KM my clutch started slipping and had to replace it I didn't even drive it hard or do much with it...other than that, everything seems good

tho I am getting some clinking noise on the front suspension now...other than that, car is def fun to drive. Though I wish it had less body roll and that the car wasn't a boat @ 3600 lbs
