Has anyone had an issue with a sticking caliper? I toook a short drive yesterday and when I got to my destination there as smoke coming from my left front tire. How does this happen and how do you fix it?

I cannot imagine this is unique to this car - I've seen sticking calipers on plenty of other makes / models. Usually replacing it is cheap and easy enough.
If you are doing it yourself, make sure you read up enough on bleeding your brakes.
