If I'm reading correctly it's failing fuel system monitor and evap.

I did see the one evap fail or incomplete, but on my other test car, it had the exact same result in that field. Perhaps someone could test theirs and post a result? If I do have an evap issue, I'd like to know....

This car is pissing me off. Went to drive it this morning and got another pending multiple misfire. 5 and 6 misfired 26 times and 19 respectively sitting in the driveway, and after a 30 minute drive had no other misfires, but somewhere along the drive 4 decided to misfire 14 times. After the car got hot, I drove 6 more places, (going through 6 drive cycles) with only minimal random misfires and of course the pending code cleared.
On another note, does anyone know why I am failing catalyst bank 1? The threshold minimum is 10 and I'm at 6. Tried swapping the rear o2 sensors and got same result. Bank 2 passes fine at 10. Yes I have a test pipe, but this has never been an issue, and the rear sensors are not the problem. Does the catalyst test depend on the front sensors? I wouldn't think it would, because it measures voltage after the catalytic converter, unless I understand it wrong.
Could these two issues be related?

- EVAP Monitor (0.040")
Test incomplete or dependant test failed
--

I think it is an error in the Torque app.
OBD Fusion does not list $3C / TID $80, so the app might be wrong and that would explain the “test incomplete / dependant failed” message. I think you can ignore this.

This item is the "O2 Storage Index"
It measure the health of the catalytic converter. Since you don't have one, it fails. The O2 "extenders" don't always work to fool the ECU as the cat/o2 sensors age.

My G37 with stock cats and 75,000 miles shows a value of 38 for $21/$80 for both banks.

Our cars that have an "Air / Fuel Sensor" and the ECU looks at how quickly the rear O2 sensor goes lean after the front A/F sensor when the throttle is closed to determine the health of the catalytic converter.

So yes, the front A/F sensor is used for this monitor.

With bank 2 sitting at the minimum (10) it is only a matter of time before it fails the test as well. Actually, in looking at your mode $06 data, both banks did fail at some point.

Check at your AFR while at idle and at a steady speed, does it should show 14.6 - 14.7 for both banks?

What is your air flow at idle and at 2,000 RPM (while parked)

I am starting to think your next step should be getting new/used factory cats. This might clear up all the issues.

Car stays at 14.7 while at idle and damn near that cruising. It will go to high 12s floored...
What's odd about my catalyst bank 1 is , this just started the other day, and swapping the sensors did nothing. Both front afr are new, so wonder if the problem lies there....

Well, I give up. Today fuel bank monitors initialized, and passed those fields, all the while my catalyst bank 1 would fail minimum field, then pass, then fail another field, only to pass the rest of the day. At the end of the day I had completed 6 drive cycles, with all fields passing, and only 3 or 4 misfires in random cylinders. Now my ltft are at 3.9

wow sooo much data, to be honest i don't know what scan tool you are using and theres just too much info. start from the basics. do you have the correct plugs installed in your car? this is either a fuel or ignition issue. check your fuel pressure, with a mechanical gauge that you can physically see the dial move on. if your fuel pressure is good you just eliminated one factor. next check compression, with 200k miles on a car you may have worn valve seats. then do a cylinder leak down test and see how much pressure you are losing. usually leak down is done with the cylinder in tdc but i also like to do leak down when the piston is on the bottom of the power stroke, that way you can see how much pressure is lost on top side versus bottom side of cylinder bore.
