Is my car tuned?

Is my car tuned?
I picked up a rebuilt 2011 Sedan 6spd a couple months ago. The seller got it from auction, so I have zero history on it. It has a few modifications such as 19" coupe wheels, Z1 tubes, clutch spring delete, and LED lighting.
It also seems to be more powerful than other Gs I've driven. Unfortunately, the throttle seems to be incredibly unpredictable. Last week I was driving in second at constant throttle. The acceleration went from nil to throw-my-head-into-the-seat in an instant.
Another is issue: Despite the fact that all my cars have been manual transmissions for the last 20 years, I still inadvertently bark the tires in the G37 on 1-2 shifts.
This is all fun, but I would like to be in charge of when it's fun and when it's controllable. I don't think Nissan would sell a car this way, and given the fact that my car was already modified, I'm about 75% confident that it's already tuned.
Is there a way that I can verify? So I can try either a stock tune or a different tune?
Thoughts appreciated.

If you don't have any sort of warranty, you can take it to a dealership and have they check it to see if the ECU maps are OEM or altered. But if you do have a warranty, take it to a performance shop, or someone that specializes in Infiniti's, as your average shop wont know what trims/inputs to look for.
