After washing and drying my car this weekend, I noticed that there were drip stains on the rear bumper right abouve the exhuast tips. I know that the exhaust leaves deposits on that area of the bumper, but you generally can't see them.

These drip stains were likely caused by rain that ran and then dried.

Washing didn't remove it. Blackfire didn't remove it (I thought it might as it contains a mild solvent).

I call it a "stain", but believe there's a product available that will remove this, short of using my 7424... which I've never used on the plastic bumper.

Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like basic hard water staining... the two articles shown above will help you determine how to remove it.

If it has etched into the paint, you will need to use your PC7424XP and a polish or compound to remove the etching. There is no reason to not polish plastic bumpers/panels as they are clear coated just like a metal panel.

Definitely residue from the exhaust.
