"Browning" of G37 Black Paint

I've heard through other sources that the browning could actually be rust. Possibly from brake dust (or other ferrous metal dust) rusting as it embeds into the clear coat. But until someone actually takes it and does a spectral analysis, it's likely going to remain conjecture.

parking near certain lawn sprinklers can do this also. It is more noticeable on lighter cars but it seems to turn the clear coat copper. You typically see this on fences and sides of houses with orange stains.
Make sure your sprinklers fall a few feet short of the driveway to account for wind also.
NICE JOB on the swirls marks!
