All G'd Up

Hi all I just joined the forum today. I currently have a 2004 G35 coupe 6MT with 70k miles that I've owned for almost 9 years now. I'm looking to sell it and upgrade to a G37 coupe 6MT. I like the 2011-15 due to the revised front end with separate fog lights. Are there any differences from 2011-14 or are they all exactly the same (Save from 14 & 15 being called Q60)? Anything to look out for in these? Common problem areas? Thanks!
