Having trouble with the used car dealer... help please

Looking to buy a 2013 G37X Sedan w 25k miles.
"Internet Price": $17,995
Dealer Fees: $895
"Infiniti" PPI: $1,995
Doc Fee: $400
$21,825 before tax, tag and title in NJ.

Obviously, I walked away. Is there even a such thing as an Infiniti Pre Purchase inspection? I thought PPIs were normally $100-$150.

I've never purchased from a non Big name dealership what can I say to get them to come down?

I want to offer $19000 out the door, everything included (fees, tax, tag and title) -and put down $4000. I'm already prequalified through the bank. Is my offer unreasonable?

I've attached the autocheck. I can assume at minimum they've been sitting on it for at least a month.

Offer them 17k and slap the 4k on the table. then work your way up to 18k out the door.

Don't rush into it - You will find better deals - Look in all states

Pictures of the car? $18k sticker price for a '13 with that mileage is a little suspicious. And $2k for a PPI is a joke, wtf are they doing to the car? Overlaying it with diamonds? $100-150 is the right ballpark even at the Infiniti dealer.

I would also consider waiting for something else. Something about this isn't right.

Sounds like false advertising. I hate how they greased the interior with armor-all. Probably got it all over the gauge cluster.

It does look clean, but a little too clean. Could be a good or bad sign, only way to tell is to look at it in person and test drive it.

Pre-purhace inspection my ***. Unless it comes with a 100k CPO warranty it's not worth an extra 2k

That's a good price that's a great price that's what I paid for my 2011 with the same exact mileage so it's really a good deal

Itemizing a "pre-purchase inspection" by the same place that's selling the car? hahahaha, wow.

Asking $2000 for this magical, in-house pre-purchase inspection? Priceless.

Walk away. Do not look back. There are lots of other cars.

hahahhaha Yeah wtf is that all about. You want to inspect something that you're selling and you want to charge the new buyer for it?

There is something called IQA and that is done before the car is put up for sale.

When I bought my G off the lease last summer, they charged me $250 inspection at dealer. What they are asking is unreasonable. It does take over an hour as they have to remove each wheel & inspect everything. Same applies prior to a factory extended warranty.
