Hey, everyone!
I'm looking to join the G club.
I'm a little torn between the aforementioned set of cars. Aside from the gasket issue, are there any others nuances that would dissuade me from the 2k11?
Furthermore, am I able to upgrade the gasket? I only did a few high level searches.
I do plan on going in to aggressively negotiate. Hope to knock prices by 10%.

The 2011 will still have the music box if that makes a difference to you. From the prices/miles posted above it makes more sense to go with the 2013. Better gasket, 2 years less time enduring the elements, and 14k extra miles shouldnt really scare you.
The gasket is $2k labor deep, the only time you will be upgrading it is when you are replacing it.

As the others have said, the 2013 is the better option. However, I would wait around for an S - anyone who bought the sport package will recommend it over an X (if you don't live in an arctic tundra).

Thanks.
I live in NJ. I really want AWD; however, is the S really that much better. I read about snow tires and S being great. It's also cheaper on the insurance if i go RWD.

Sit in an S before you decide...I thought I wanted an S until I sat in one. The seats are narrow and bolsters stiff. Good if you are under 170lbs or younger than 20. I went with a non-s, the seats were more comfortable IMO.
