'12 & '13 Diffrences G37 Sedan

I want to know if there are any Diffrences between these two model years

-I've heard that the front bumper integrated fog lights have a Diffrent look to them

12 and 13 are the same.. It was 10 to 11 where the front fascia changed along with some interior trim changes..

Also 2012 was the last year for the music box, discontinued for 2013 due to legal issues obviously

No changes except for the year it was made. Now if you were asking the difference between 2011 and 2012 then you'd have a list to scroll through.

Technically, it was discontinued mid model year. There are many 2012 without music box.
