2012 G37xS 47k mi for 23.4k out the door. Good deal?

This is with a trade in on my '98 Maxima SE 5MT (only getting about $500 for it). I'm thinking this is not too bad but the recent prices paid thread has a couple of smoking deals lately.

Breakdown is
22500 sale price
500 trade in
~1400 ttl

Thoughts?

I'm also debating holding out for an M for a couple thousand more, but they've been hard to come by at that price.

Seems high since these cars aren't worth nothing anymore. But, i think i would keep the maxima out of the deal and go somewhere else. If the max runs and drives and has A/C you could get $1500 for it on craigslist around here.

No a/c on the max, hence the lowball. But I am thinking the price is still a bit high on the car with those miles.
