2011 G37x, 36k miles, $25k out the door?
UPDATE: Just for more pricing info for everyone, bought a black 2011 G37x with 35,681 miles and premium package for $23,676 all-in (21,500 sticker). By far the best price in the area and I think it was a pretty damn good deal.
I've just received an offer for this 2011 G37x with 36,000 miles and Premium package. Their total out the door price is $25,250 before factoring in a $200 voucher they emailed me, bringing me to almost $25k even.
I was also considering removing the certified warranty as they'll knock $1000 off the sticker and it will only last about another 2 years on a car that's fairly new and I find it highly unlikely that I'll drive it more than 10,000 miles a year. This would bring the total cost to about $23,943. I've found a great lease offer on a new 2013 that would blow this out of the water for me, but in case that doesn't work out for whatever reason, what do you guys think about the deal and should I keep the warranty? (I'm north of Chicago, by the way)

Seems a little steep given the year and miles (at least to me). I know this doesn't help based on your location, but here's a 2012 G37X sport with 20K miles for only a few hundred bucks more;
