Got another offer from a different dealer:
2013 G37X w/ Premium, Navi, Illuminated Kick Plate, Trunk Mat & Net, First Aid Kit - MSRP $40,285
$347 month, 39 months, 12k miles/yr, 0 drive off
Probably going to go with this!

Anything that does not require any sort of a downpayment is a great deal, especially for 347/month. Although I would probably work on the MSRP if you plan on buying this vehicle after your lease is over. If not just enjoy the car and save the cash you'd have used as a downpayment.

-No money down
-39 months
-10k Miles
-4 years maintenance included
-Personal Assistant (which I believe is a standard feature)
-$315 a month, tax included

Im finding it hard to figure if I got a decent lease deal or not because I had a trade. I know without my trade like everyone I could have gotten one for about $379 a month. The one I just bought was a 2013 g37 journey with the premium package which made my sticker $36,525. I had a 2012 Nissan Altima which I owed $17,615. Every dealer I talked to wanted to give me wholesale of course of about $12,500 to $13,000 and a Cadillac dealer of about $15,000. So what my deal worked out to be was going to be $398 a month for 39 months 12k miles a year with $2000 down. I know everybody says dont put money down but with my negative equity I wasnt sure. I was told the residual was at 61% with a money factor of like .000064. I live in TN and not sure of my tax rate.
