Tire size selection for Q50 Premium wheels (rays)

Hey guys,

I found myself Q50 premium rays forged wheels, these:

19x9 +47 all four.

Currently, I have the same style 370z staggered setup with Dunlop sports Maxx 235/40r19 and 265/35r19, (26.4" and 26.3" tall, respectively).

I will be putting new tires on these Q50 wheels and my aim is to gain some height through tire sidewalls. Coming from the 20s to 19s, my car sits lower with more fender gap than 20s :/ so here is the plan:

I see tire rack has a great price for Firehawk indy 500 tires (highly rated there) I was reading on random forums that these rebranded Bridgestone RE003 for North America, they look the same lol. On the other hand, I have Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position.

I have following sizes in mind.

1) 245/45r19 (I favor this because it's taller and cheaper but I can't find many examples of such setup, not sure why.) it's 27.7" tall.

2) 255/40r19 (Seems like a common square setup on sedans, adds 100$-ish to the cost of the full set). it's 27.1" tall.

what do you guys think? will 245/45r19 square will make my car look like a clown car? or just stick to standard 255/40r19 square setup?
here are some screenshots for price and reviews:

the following spec sheet is for firestone, apparently, it's a better choice.

Firehawk is new so its sample size is very small vs other tires I am comparing with.

I'd run the 255/40s they're just 1% over OEM baseline (245/40/19) vs. the 245/45 which are over 3% which may cause issues to your traction control & ABS systems. It's not inevitable but that 3% figure seems to be constant as far as the line that you shouldn't cross. There are guys on the z site that run smaller diameter tires for tracking and don't seem to have problems, but I'd not want to recommend that size and have something happen w/ your G

Plus the 255 is still a bit taller and will have a wider contact patch which isn't a bad thing
