Suspension noise

I just installed stance coilover about a month ago. Been having this noise coming from the front driver side. I told stance and they sent me a new pillowball bearing and replaced it and still noise still there. Now I'm thinking it's my stock endlinks? Car has 35000 miles. I'm about to disconnect the endlinks to the sway bar and see if the noise still there when I'm driving, is it safe to do? I wanna just try it out and eliminate one thing at a time..
The noise is like something loose clunkin when I'm on bumpy roads or when I go over a bump, I can hear it. It's not loud but it's there and it's annoying to hear.

Bad end links do make a thud at low speeds over bumps, jack the front/rear up and safely try to turn the links,if they rotate easily they're shot, but @ 35,000? Mine were bad before 70,000

Yeah but i was beating on the endlinks to get it out..
It was my first time doing coilover and didnt know I had to remove both endlink so it can come out easier. Lesson learned. So i was basically hitting the the endlink on one side while the other endlink was still on. I didnt want to go to shop to get it installed because of the labor $$ and wanted to learn and work on it myself.

To check the endlinks if they're bad, I have to jack up the front and rear? Also when you say turn the links, do I do that while its still on? I am pretty low too so maybe that could also be a factor.

If you try to turn them all the wheels are on the ground there will be pressure on the links when you jack it up you should be able to twist the links easily if they're bad

Yeah it says right in the repair manual don't hammer on the ball joint and of the end links. What you do is you take a Jack Jack up the lower control arm until you can slide it out or gently tap on it with a rubber mallet

They should slide out no problem under load (wheels on the ground)

Upper strut mount? My car only has 35k miles now. I only had these coilover on for almost 4000 miles. Noise started after a week or two after install.

Hard to say just by reading your replies but could be spring preload, without enough preload it will make a clunking sound when compressing & releasing.

This should give you the general idea, and Stance would have the exact amount of preload to set your spring to, about a 1/4" should be a reasonable amount. You can do this on the vehicle if you unload the suspension.

Ok so unload the suspension as in just loosening the lower moun and taking off the sway linkt so the coilover not attached to the car leaving no weight on them right? That way I don't have to take it off completely I think I will try the two front. The noise is only coming from the driver side but better safe than sorry to have them both set equally.

Here is how it sound..
