Hey Lt8Che, do you have any rubbing issues up front with 265s? Can you turn lock to lock without rubbing? Thanks

No rubbing issues at all (lowered on eibachs). Lock to lock with no issues. It's a pretty nice set-up.

I was thinking about lowering my G on eibachs this coming Spring. How do you like them? I have heard some mixed opinions about them. I remember reading somewhere that they were bouncier (Not sure what this means exactly). I don't really care about the harsher ride quality. But, can you comment on the body roll and other handling characteristics? Thanks in advance.

Oh, so a regular setup, like 99% of the cars on the road run?

I guess I don't understand why this got its own thread then... oh well.

I wouldn't say 99% of the cars on the road...
If you look at most RWD cars which pertains to us Gs that arnt AWD
they will run a staggered set up. But there are a few of us on the forums that choose to run a square set up due to the AWD or simplicity of things such as the ability to rotate our tires all the way around.

a standard staggered setup for a RWD car would be smaller (thinner) wheels in the front and bigger (wider) Wheels in the rear due to the power coming from the rear wheels to help with traction.

Also there's those that want a squared set that are way beyond stock setups as far as the width of the rims and tires. This thread was set up as a resource for what will work from mild to wild.

Lt8Che,

I was looking at getting some 20x10 +40 on all corners but wasn't sure if the fronts would stick out further from the fender then the rears to fenders. I was told your wheels are the closest thing to what I am thinking about doing, so can you give me some input on how close the front wheels are to fender flush vs rears?

Thanks!
