BC Coilover dampening setting suggestions?

I have my G Sedan lowered on BC br coils w/ F&R SPC camber kit. I'm right at the point to where I can no longer jack my car up w/o blocks which is new to me.
I'm on 20 inch staggered rims 20x9x10 and was wondering what dampening settings are suggested? Right now I'm at 20 from soft to hard in the front and 20 from soft to hard in the rear and it's too bumpy but am not sure how soft I can go due to how lowered I am?

Is it highly suggested I stay on the firmer side when lowered this low to avoid rubbing or scraping or it won't make a huge difference? Has anyone found a "sweet spot" for BC Racing BR coils? This car is my daily never tracked.

My Megan Street LP set (which is about as similar to BC as you can get) I've got them about 3 clicks softer than yours in front and 5 clicks softer in back. I haven't touched that setting in 3 years, lol.

And you'll definitely want it softer out back than in front.
