Aftermarket Rotors and Pads Squeal

Hello everybody....

I replaced my brakes about a year ago with stoptech cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads. They installed fine and brake well. I broke them in per the procedure included with the kit. They started squealing after about 3 months. They only squeal first thing in the morning when the car is cold. I've checked them out and reapplied grease but they still squeal. Is this just something I need to deal with? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Some pads squeal when cold. Not much you can really do about it if it goes away when the rotors/pads have been warmed up, unless you garage the car and keep it warm.
