Hurry Up Please

+7

Mine have the noise coming from the rear as well. Sounds like a clump noise over some bumps. I took it back to the installer and they checked everything, tried adjusting, the noise is still there. I even jacked up the car myself to make sure the springs were not loose while the tires were off the ground.
I need to get this issue resolved. If the coilovers themselves need to be exchanged, will BC pay for re installation??

I think it's 9 as he said "+2"? I have no idea where to go now as well. I have paid to uninstall and reinstall the coilovers 3 times now, the latest time by the guide.

Well... If they decide that a refund is the best option I hope it they refund the amount it cost to install the Coilovers....

This is just something I dont have time to mess with anymore... im over it...

My rattle is gone. The only difference is that I still don't have my trunk lining back in as I need to cut my holes for the extenders and haven't had time. Once I get it back in, I hope the rattle stays away

Lets see what BC does. The last I read was they were trying to find a G37 with the issue so they could find out why there is a rattle. Hopefully BC can give us an update soon or Black Guy can.

This post really helps the situation. You cant call it a quality issue when its only happening to 7-8 of the 60+ kits that I, and BC racings other vendors have shipped out. We'll figure out the problem, and if it does turn out to be a quality issue, then im positive Pete, and the rest of BC racing will accommodate and make everyone happy.
