Thumbs up BC Racing Coilovers Reviewed with Install Pics and Info...56k forget about it!

Monday was the install day... So I made my way down to Forged Performance in Marietta GA. Sharif took care of my baby with this install.
Special thanks to Jay at Forged for doing a GREAT job!

First impression of the look: Perfect... I mean you can adjust these suckers to your style or around you aftermarket wheels...
The drop I chose is perfect for me!

The Ride:
I had a 3 hr drive back to knoxville to test them out...First Sharif at Forged Performance took it for a Road test... He has G35 S.Techs on his. When he returned he said it felt GREAT! He said he could feel alot firmer from his G37. If he says its good Id believe it!!
and...
Heres my opinion...
First I was soo nervous to drive hard... I came from a Maxima slammed 3 inches on S. Techs and Tokico Blues... and the struts hit the bump stops on very lil bumps... So I was super nervous about this... But... The Ride can very well be compared to the stock ride when your in a strait line. When I got on the on ramp to the interstate I was Shocked... The car felt so Sturdy as if it was on Rail Road tracks... It didnt Roll at all... It felt so Secure that I have to be careful because It kinda made me feel invinsible on the roads. It really reminded me of the way a Rollar Coaster feels.
During the 200 mile trip I road over various road conditions. I purposely hit all the construction pot holes to test them out. You feel the bumps just like the Stock suspension felt except that suspension recovers alot faster. When it was stock you could feel the bump and kinda like ride the wave of the bump for a second... With these... Bam! it takes the bump and its over as soon as it hit. Very fast recovery.
CITY DRIVE:
When I got in Knoxville I decided to take a road back that had a couple S curves... and boy was that fun. It was very comfortable going throught the curves and like I said the Car was Very sturdy!!

WARNING: Be Prepared for the suspension to settle. I walked outta work today and it had settled almost a half an inch in the rear... The ride home sucked... I was rubbing and bottoming out big time. You do have to realize that it was tucking half the Rear tire... So I called up Sharif at Forged Performance and let him walk me through it. This Cat does a great job even over the phone... I raised the Rears about 20 quarter turns on the spring perch and put the wheels back on and it was perfect agian. Took it for another spin and the Ride was back to normal and great!

I have the Stiffness set at 15. Which is right in the middle of the 30 way adjustables! It adjust very easy and clicks to let you know when you have reached the next setting.

I am extremely happy with this modification and I recommend it for a few different reasons.
1. Adjustablility
2. Performace Struts made to handle a drop (OEM should eventually wear out)
3. The Handleing- Unreal handleing...the mountains are calling my name!
4. The Comfortable ride- A Lowered Car without sacrificeing the quality of the ride.
5. PRICE vs other smaller mm coilovers
6. PRICE vs Lowering springs and having to buy peformance struts eventually
7. Because I said so

I only had to bring up the rear a little the one time so I did it myself.
