My Bluetooth has static

I have a 2010 G37 sedan. Bluetooth was working just fine but recently when I try to play music from my phone there is a horrible static sound. I can hear my music through the static so I know it's connected. I tried my wife's phone and my son's so and they all do it too. That involves a mix of android and iphones so I don't think it's the phone. I can make calls using Bluetooth and my phone just fine though. I dread the thought of how much it might cost for the dealer to fix this. Any ideas? Much appreciated!!

The dealer will most likely replace the AV head unit to fix the problem.
That's an expensive fix.
A very fair dealer will resume to an AV unit software update if available.
That's a cheaper solution.

Or you can get a replacement AV head unit from e-bay...
