iPhone 7 Bluetooth issue
I have a 2013 coupe with nav recently got an iPhone 7 everything works, I can stream music and make calls. But when answers incoming calls from the steering wheel it will not connect to Bluetooth I have to toggle it on my phone from iPhone to "My Car" to get it on Bluetooth. I try to delete phone and repairing even reset the phone as new phone any solutions? THANKS!

If you are not at the latest IOS update give that a try.
If that does not correct the issue, return to the dealer. Perhaps the vehicle may need a software update?

Maybe a really DUMB question, but I assume this won't be a free service from an Infiniti dealer. My 2008 G37S has this exact issue, I can call out on my iPhone 5S but incoming calls don't work.

Just called my dealer because this is happening in with my car and they said to call my cell phone provider even when I told them I saw this bulletin posted. So I guess I need to revert my phone back to IOS 9.
This is friggin annoying as hell!

UK-based G37S owner here (one of a very few!)
I have the same issue, but only noticed it when I connected my new iphone7. However, an old iphone5 has the same issue, both have IOS10.1.1 (latest). Both connect OK, but cannot answer a call from the controls in the car. I can initiate a call on the phone and it will connect to the car OK.
I was going crazy thinking the car was the problem!
Need to go visit the dealer

I was having the same problem with peeps not being able to hear me when answering the phone in the car. I did the below change to the phone (iPhone 7) and it now works for me.
Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing: Change it from 'Automatic' to 'Bluetooth Headset'.
