2011 G37X Starts and Stalls
Hey everyone,
I did some research through the forum and saw that this issue could be related to a battery but wanted to see if anyone had the same exact problem.
Today for the first time, I tried to start my car, it started and stalled out right away. It did this for three consecutive times. On the fourth time, the car finally started and idled WITHOUT stalling out.
I drove it for about 15 miles, it seemed fine. Once I get to where I needed, I turned it off. I gave it 5 minutes and tried to start it again, it started and stalled. Then I tried a second time and it worked.
Has anyone had similar issues? If so, does anyone know what the issue is?
My car is a Leased 2011 G37X. It is cold also, about 30 degrees out.
Thanks.

Mine is 2009 gx coupe and samething happened the next winter in 2010.
However, everything has been fine once it happened.
I don't know why, but don't worry too much

MAF sensor. Had this issue when there was a gap between the intake and the manifold.
When cold out the sensor may malfunction too.
Only other option can be the A/F mix which wouldn't really be happening with a car that's mostly stock.

Thanks everyone for the replies. My car has not done it again since I posted this. If it occurs again, I will take it to the dealer.
Since it's a lease, it's their issue. My lease is almost over. :-). I have to fix a few bumps on the car before turning it in though.
Thanks again!
